Sometimes, the more worn a surface is, the better.
Age old signs of life remind us of the temporal reality to our own lives, and perhaps inspire us to seize the day, whatever that might entail.
I’ve certainly been spotting more beaten, battered and ultimately beautiful surfaces around of late. I’m going to share some of the more characterful examples from my travels in the coming weeks.
