Dutch designer Tijs Gilde has come up with a colourful, lightweight and flexible solution for open plan workspaces.
Fringe offers a softer and easier solution to building solid walls or introducing rigid screening in order to divide space and create privacy.
Layers of strips overlay to help muffle sound as well as partially subdividing space, without completely closing the user off. The user experience very much considered, the varied tones of complimentary colours both mixing on the eye and forming aesthetically pleasing shapes that help to break up the overall form. The inherent double-sided nature of Fringe means it looks great (and different) from every angle.
